The Aromatherapy Room combines the benefits of aromatherapy with the benefits of a sauna and a steam room. Smell very intensely affects our emotions and enhances the enjoyment of sauna. It is connected directly to the brain, so the combined benefits of the sauna and herbs are more effective. Inhalation gets the essence of herbs directly into the lungs, from where it is distributed throughout the body.
AROMATHERAPY STEAM ROOM
Thanks to the right temperature of the steam sauna, you can indulge in relaxation with aromas of medicinal herbs. High humidity has a positive effect on the skin of your entire body, moisturizes it and pleasantly overheats and perfuses the body. The action of steam cleanses the pores, supports its elasticity and helps remove toxins from the body.
Temperature: 40 - 45 ° C, Humidity: 100%, Recommended length of stay: 15 - 20 min, Repetition of the procedure: 2 - 3x. Effect: regenerating, detoxifying, stimulating, strengthening the immune system.
AROMA THERAPY SAUNA ROOM
It is more gentle on our body, because the humidity does not exceed 50%, which does not mean that its effects are weaker. A stay in a herbal sauna helps relieve muscle pain, stomach upset and much more. Inhaling the vapors of essential oils is very pleasant and has therapeutic effects that bring you to a state of calm. Inhaling herbal essences relaxes the airways, which is a really beneficial factor. It is a suitable alternative for those for whom a stay in a Finnish sauna is too demanding due to the high temperature.
Essential oils are fragrant liquids that producers obtain from plants, flowers and fruits. Research shows that aromatherapy with essential oils helps promote relaxation and alleviate anxiety. Muscle tension will be released and, depending on which essence you choose, you will start to gain health benefits such as the fight against colds, nausea, headaches, fatigue or, for example, insufficient blood circulation in the body.
